Custom Frame Bag Info
Once you make your deposit, the FIRST thing you need to do is email Nicole at whitebarkgear@gmail.com. If you don’t email me first, I will try to track you down but sometimes my emails go to spam and it can be hard to get in touch.
Measurements: The goal is for these to fit your bike perfectly. I will need close up pictures of your bike with a measuring tape held up next to each side of the frame. For best accuracy, take photos exactly perpendicular so they’re not warped. If you need examples, I can send you some.
What comes standard? I automatically include padding on frame contact points, velcro attachment, and a brightly colored lining. I do not do bolt-on style frame bags, but if you prefer another attachment method, we can chat about that (like lace up). I will put the main pocket zipper on the drive side unless otherwise specified. For one pocket full frame bags, I will automatically include a Velcro divider (to prevent ballooning) and you can choose whether it’s vertical or horizontal. Two and three pocket bags can include normal pockets and map sleeves (zip pocket with no depth).
What can you customize? Just about everything - fabric (waterproof, upcycled, etc), colors, pockets, size of bag, cord/hydration hole, pump sleeve, bike lock attachment, etc. If I don’t have a color or fabric I am happy to order it for you, though there may an additional cost for special material orders.
Deposit: The initial payment is a deposit to secure your spot. The deposit is nonrefundable and will count towards the final cost. If you have a wild request and you’re not sure whether or not it’s an option, maybe reach out to me first to make sure it’s something within my capabilities.
Lead times: Current lead times on frame bags are about 2-4 weeks. This might change if we need to order special materials for the project.

The bag shown above is a 3 pocket full frame made from EcoPAK fabric. The side we can see has one map pocket and the other side has two normal pockets separated by a Velcro divider. The divider means the internal compartment can operate as one full pocket or as two separate.
